These terms govern your use of the electrical services provided by 5 Star Electrical Services, LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Provision of Electrical Services

5 Star Electrical Services, LLC agrees to provide professional electrical services, including inspections, repairs, installations, panel upgrades, and related work as outlined in your estimate or service agreement.

2. Timelines and Deliverables

While 5 Star Electrical Services, LLC endeavors to meet all estimated project timelines, dates provided for service visits and project completion are estimates only. Delays caused by permit requirements, utility coordination, material availability, site access, delayed approvals, or scope changes may adjust the timeline accordingly.

3. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay for services as outlined in their specific invoice or contract. Deposits, progress payments, or final balances may be required depending on project scope. Permit fees, inspection fees, and utility-related charges, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure efficient project completion, the client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property, electrical panels, and relevant work areas, along with accurate information required by 5 Star Electrical Services, LLC to complete the services.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of completed work, approved materials, and any outstanding invoices owed to 5 Star Electrical Services, LLC.
